New Chi Kung classes to open at Midhurst PDF Print E-mail

Elemental Chi Kung (qigong) classes:  Cowdray Chapel, Easebourne Street, Easebourne, Midhurst GU29 OAL

Mondays from 14th November, 7.30-8.45pm

A course of five weekly elemental chi kung classes will be starting on Monday nights. The focus will be on developing the fundamental aspects of chi kung, such as static chi kung postures, active chi kung forms, breath, mindful movement, use of awareness and intention, meditation and introducing the theory of the five elements, plus associated organs and meridians, and how these can be incorporated into chi kung practice for health and vitality. The price of the course is £45.

A  taster session to lead you into the course will take place on Saturday 5th November at Cowdray Chapel.  It will be an opportunity to experience the transformational nature of chi kung, through the practicing of gentle, meditative active and passive chi kung forms.  So come along and enjoy some active relaxation as the chi starts to flow!  £25, Cowdray Chapel, Easebourne Street, Easebourne, Midhurst GU29 OAL (in the meeting room).
